Here is the cjb2++ version 0.1.

cjb2++ is an experimental enhancement of cjb2. It achieves around 30-40% smaller files while working 20-50% longer.

Some texts describing how it works are yet to be written. I'm bound to write them in Russian before 15th of April, and then, perhaps, I'll translate them.
